REMOVAL 
  1. Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery.

  1. Remove the air bag mounting nuts.

    Disconnect the air bag connector.

  1. Remove the steering wheel mounting nut.

    TORQUE SPECIFICATION
    Steering wheel mounting nut 40-50 Nm ( 400-500 kg·cm, 29.5-36.9 lb·ft )
  1. Remove the console upper cover.

  1. Remove the crash pad center facia panel and disconnect the cigar lighter connector.

  1. Remove the radio mounting screws (3EA) from the front console.

  1. Remove the radio mounting bolts (4EA) from the radio mounting bracket.

  1. Remove the rheostat switch, hood latch release handle and DLC connector mounting screws from the crash pad lower panel.

  1. Remove the cluster facia panel mounting screw (5EA).

    Disconnect the heater control cable and cluster all connector.

  1. Remove the cluster mounting screws (4EA).

  1. Remove the glove box mounting bolts (2EA) from the glove box.

  1. Remove the glove box upper cover mounting screws (4EA) and glove box striker mounting screws (2EA), from the glove box upper cover.

  1. Take out the crash pad upper speaker grill.

  1. Remove the crash pad upper speaker mounting screws (2EA) from the speaker.

  1. Remove the crash pad main complete mounting bolts.

    Disconnect the instrument connector.

  1. Remove the ventilators from the main crash pad.

  1. Remove the passenger air bag mounting bolts (10EA) from the air bag.

    Remove the air bag cover.

  1. Remove the instrument wiring from the crash pad.

  1. Remove the center support bracket.

  1. Remove the crash pad lower mounting bracket.

INSTALLATION 
  1. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.

  1. Connect all of the connectors securely.
