REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION 

Rear Seat Belt

  1. Remove the covering shelf center trim and side trim.

  1. Remove the mounting bolts (12 mm) from the rear seat cushion.

    TORQUE SPECIFICATION
    Rear seat cushion mounting bolts 17-26 Nm ( 170-260 kg·cm, 12.2-18.7 lb·ft )
  1. Remove the mounting bolts (12 mm) from the rear seat back.

    TORQUE SPECIFICATION
    Rear seat back mounting bolts 17-26 Nm ( 170-260 kg·cm, 12.2-18.7 lb·ft )
  1. Remove the rear seat back lower side mounting bracket

  1. Remove the upper anchor mounting bolt (14 mm) from the rear seat belt.

  1. Remove the rear speaker grill and speaker from the quarter inner trim.

  1. Remove the quarter inner trim.

  1. Remove the rear seat belt upper and lower mounting bolt (14 mm) and screw (1EA) from the rear seat belt.

Front Seat Belt

  1. Remove the front seat belt upper anchor mounting bolt, sliding bar mounting bolts and seat belt webbing guide mounting screws from the front seat belt.

Height Adjuster

  1. Remove the center pillar trim and then front seat belt height adjuster.

    TORQUE SPECIFICATION
    Center pillar trim and then front seat belt height adjuster 40-55 Nm ( 400-550 kg·cm, 29-40 lb·ft )

Rear Seat Belt Buckle

  1. Remove the mounting bolts (12 mm) from the rear seat cushion.

    TORQUE SPECIFICATION
    Mounting bolts 17-26 Nm ( 170-260 kg·cm, 12.2-18.7 lb·ft )
  1. Remove the rear seat belt buckle.

  1. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure
